Refund policy

No Refund | No Exchange | No Cancellation Policy (U.S.  Legal Version)

 

At Rubina’s Collection, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we enforce a strict no refund, no return, and no cancellation policy. By placing an order, you enter into a legally binding agreement under applicable U.S. laws.


1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

No exceptions will be made for any reason, including dissatisfaction, sizing issues, or delivery delays outside our control.


2. No Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances
  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed
  • This applies to all products, including custom, formal, and bridal wear


3. Customer Acknowledgment & Responsibility

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

  • You have reviewed all product details and policies
  • You understand and accept that the transaction is final and non-reversible
  • You agree that product variations (color, design, fit) are not valid reasons for disputes

 

4. Limited Exception – Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Order number and clear photo/video proof are required

Any resolution will be provided solely at the discretion of Rubina’s Collection. Failure to follow this process voids any claim.


5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes (U.S. Compliance Clause)

By placing an order, you expressly agree to the following:

  • You waive your right to file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting Rubina’s Collection
  • You acknowledge that this policy constitutes a binding agreement under applicable U.S. consumer and e-commerce laws

 

In the event of a chargeback or dispute:

  • Rubina’s Collection will submit evidence including:
    • Order confirmation
    • Proof of delivery
    • Customer communication records
    • This policy is listed at checkout
  • Filing a chargeback after agreeing to this policy may be considered “friendly fraud” or misuse of the dispute process


We reserve the right to:

  • Contest all chargebacks to the fullest extent permitted
  • Provide documentation to payment processors (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Pursue recovery of funds, fees, and associated costs through lawful means

 

6. Governing Law

This policy and all transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with Texas jurisdiction.

 

7. Policy Acceptance

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have:

  • Read and understood this policy
  • Agreed to all terms without exception
  • Accepted that all sales are final and non-disputable
