Shipping Policy

At Rubina’s Collection, we are committed to delivering your orders with care and efficiency. While our retail boutique is located in Plano, TX — where we warmly welcome walk-in clients — all online orders are fulfilled directly from our facility in Pakistan. Due to the nature of international shipping, certain delays may occur that are beyond our control. By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping terms.

Working Days

Working days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing Timeline

All online orders are fulfilled from our facility in Pakistan and are typically processed within 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase. Estimated processing timelines are also noted in each product listing. Processing begins once your order is confirmed and payment is received.

Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 7–12 business days via international courier. Please note that the delivery window is separate from and in addition to the processing period. As a general estimate, customers should expect their order within 5–7 weeks from the date of purchase, depending on their location and courier performance. All timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Courier Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, it is under the responsibility of the courier service. Rubina’s Collection is not liable for shipping delays, lost transit time, or delivery failures caused by our courier partners.

Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances

Rubina’s Collection shall not be held liable for delays, non-delivery, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms, etc.)
War, geopolitical conflicts, or military actions (including airspace closures or regional instability)
Government restrictions, sanctions, or policy changes
Customs delays or border control issues
Pandemic-related disruptions
Flight cancellations, cargo limitations, or courier service suspensions
In such events, shipments may be delayed, held, or temporarily suspended. Orders will not be canceled, refunded, or exchanged on account of these delays. Customers agree to wait until normal operations resume.

Shipping Disruptions & No Cancellation Clause
In cases where courier flights are unavailable or suspended, logistics networks are disrupted, or orders cannot be shipped within the expected timeframe — even if your order has been processed on time — Rubina’s Collection will not be held responsible for the delay. Under no circumstances will orders be canceled, refunded, exchanged, or compensated due to delayed delivery.
This policy applies to all purchases, including time-sensitive orders placed for Eid, weddings, or other special occasions. Customers are strongly advised to place orders well in advance.

Remote & Extended Delivery Areas

Deliveries to remote or less accessible locations may exceed standard timelines. Additional delays may occur depending on courier reach and local infrastructure.

Delivery Obligations

Address changes are not permitted once an order has been dispatched
The courier will attempt delivery up to two times
Failed delivery due to customer unavailability is not the responsibility of Rubina’s Collection
Once delivered, the courier is not responsible for returns or exchanges

No Delivery Guarantee

Rubina’s Collection does not guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe. All shipping timelines are estimates only. We do not offer compensation, refunds, or credits for delays caused by external factors.

Color Disclaimer

Product colors may vary slightly due to differences in lighting, photography, and individual screen display settings.

By placing an order with Rubina’s Collection, you acknowledge and agree that:
All online orders are fulfilled from our facility in Pakistan
Total order time is approximately 5–7 weeks (3–4 weeks processing + 7–12 business days shipping)
Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors
Delays caused by global events, courier disruptions, or logistics issues are beyond our control
Orders will not be canceled or refunded due to shipping delays, under any circumstances
