Working Days

• Working days are Monday through Friday.
• Saturdays and Sundays are not considered working days.

Processing Timeline

• Standard processing time is 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase.

Courier Responsibility

• Rubina’s Collection is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
• Any such delays fall under the courier’s responsibility.

Unforeseen Events

• Delays due to natural disasters, customs issues, or recipient unavailability are not covered under this policy.

Non‑Warranty Clause

• No warranty or compensation is offered for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Remote Areas

• Deliveries to remote or hard‑to‑reach regions may take longer than the standard 3–4 Weeks.

Delivery Obligations

• A signature is required upon delivery.
• Address changes are not allowed once the order has been dispatched.
• The courier will make two delivery attempts.
• After an item is received, the courier is not obligated to accept returns or exchanges.

• Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting during photography.
